Jessica McKee (Costume design) was taught to sew by her mother and grandmothers. Her first job was at a victorian lingerie company where she worked in all aspects of production and developed an appreciation for detail. There she learned to work with the way fabric moves and is still hoping to do the same with her four cowlicks. Attracted to silent storytelling, Jessica’s love of costuming has forever been stitched alongside her passion for dance, and she feels each craft informs the other. Jessica has been a costume designer, creator, consultant and stylist on projects for film, photography, fashion, and live performance in theaters, on cliffs and skyscrapers. Currently she is serving as dancer, costume coordinator and resident designer for Bay Area dance company BANDALOOP, and she is thrilled to be working with KDMG and EchoTheaterSuitcase for Centennial Reckoning.
